  A nice place to stay in Fuerteventura!

  Liked: I was a very beautiful hotel. The pools were always clean and the kids pool was separated from the other big pools. I liked how there was an adult only area to enjoy and relax. The beach was right next to the hotel so you can definitely walk. Very friendly staff and also clean rooms because they get tidied up everyday. The food options were nice there is something there for everyone.

  Disliked: The only thing is that around the hotel there isnt much to do if you dont have a car, so if you dont only want to stay in a hotel you should definitely rent a car because other than the hotels that are around, there isnt a city where you can walk around. And the gym is very outdated.

  Liked: A huge property. The staff gave us a map to look around. Everything was connected. The main restaurant was amazing. Other 3 snacks bar where you could eat at every hour of the day.

  surprisingly good holiday, we will come back

  Liked: this hotel and the surroundings surprised us everyday. the hotel in overall is way better than expected. beautiful plants and trees, feels like a real oasis. heated pools are the best! by looking at the photos, we thought that the beach will be very far and be a pain walking down everyday, but it was actually very easy to walk down even with a small child. windy though! refillable bottles are genius! we had quiet nights in the room. beds were super soft. food was well presented, always stocked up, sometimes a bit repetitive, but you could always find something nice to eat. ice cream and churros every day was a big bonus. parking outside was free. there were always free spaces within short walking distance. we will definitely return!

  Disliked: pool should be opened till 7pm or at least sun loungers should be available to chill until late.. large pool by the towel centre very cold. evening entertainment very loud! especially the kids disco with screaming animators. disappointing. Late shows were underwhelming, we could not even stay to watch them till the end. overall animation for us was very boring. and also staff should never leave the pools unattended!very important. so many times they walked off or were at their phones and no one was looking at the kids pool. dont wait until something bad happens and please take this seriously.
