  Disliked: Too congested for one dining lounge for such a large hotel. Should have variety in restaurants and at least one more location for general meals

  Overall great, the noise in the morning is easily addressed

  Liked: Faculties and location wise - perfect.

  Disliked: Reception staff and hospitality staff were all good. But every morning we were woken by 8am by the cleaning staff shouting and whistling to each other in the corridors. In the rooms, you can hear everything in the corridors and cleaners were very very loud first thing in the morning. Near our room on the third floor, there must have been some sort of cleaners room, because every 20 minutes in the morning, the staff disposed of loads of glass bottles and the sound of all of the bottles smashing in the morning was super loud.

  Good option for South Fuerteventura

  Liked: Restaurants, bars, views, cleaniness, staff, local cuisine

  Disliked: Something to consider is the hotel to get more active in terms of tour organisation or recommendations. Also could offer shuttles to and from the airport. Finally it would be good to have the option to rent a bike in the hotel to explore nearby towns and beaches.

  Very disappointing - we’ve stayed in Princess Yazia & Hotel Faronies so we were expecting something similar

  Disliked: It was very plain and ordinary not at all what we expected from a 5* It was more a 4* We were disappointed- first room allocated was near public area (bar etc) not suitable for an early night
