  Liked: Location right in front of the beach.

  Disliked: Very limited food selection at dinner. There could be some spanish dishes and seafood. Breakfast was better.

  Below expectations

  Liked: The people who work there are very kind.

  Disliked: The hotel is not exactly all-inclusive. In practice, it feels more like a full-board hotel, as only the main meals are included and there are no snacks or appetizers available throughout the day. The drinks are okay, and there is only one beer option available. For me, dinner was the most disappointing part. They have a system where the proteins are cooked fresh, so there is usually a queue to get a piece of beef, chicken, or fish, basically seasoned with just salt and pepper. Nothing particularly special. The included wine comes from a machine, and I found it very watery. The salads are also pretty much the same every day. For dessert, there is usually one different option each day, while the rest consists of simple cakes that taste more like supermarket cakes, as well as ice cream. Also, don’t expect a luxurious hotel. The facilities and common areas are quite simple.

  Overall Great Experience

  Liked: MUR Hotel Faro Jandía & Spa is an absolutely wonderful hotel, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was exceptional: the location is fantastic, right next to the beach and the lighthouse of Jandía, the rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, and the staff are extremely friendly, attentive, and professional. The food was excellent, with a great variety of choices, and the pool and relaxation areas are perfect for a peaceful holiday. What impressed us most, however, was the genuine care and attention given to guests. You can really feel that the entire team wants every guest to have a wonderful experience and leave with beautiful memories. We will definitely come back! We highly recommend this hotel and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable holiday in Fuerteventura.

  Disliked: One area that could definitely be improved is the table service during breakfast and dinner. Price of the parking

  Love this hotel!

  Liked: This is my third visit to MUR Faro Jandia, I love this hotel. Special mention to Martina, Victor and Anke, the great reception team. Very helpful and fantastic customer service. Most of the bar staff were great, Juan especially. Very clean, comfortable beds, plenty of sun loungers, great variety of food. Excellent location.

  Disliked: The bar staff looked under pressure and lost their smiles when a large party of Spanish guests arrived, one member was left on his own to serve the whole bar around lunch time, which meant quite a long wait to be served. The hotel entertainment was ok but could be improved, the acrobatics and magic shows were very good though. The restaurant waiting staff were mostly very friendly, some clearly didn't want to be there.

  Great stay with lovely staff in a lovely hotel

  Liked: Breakfast good always plenty. Great selection of salads and desserts at dinner. Mains were a hit and a miss and were never very warm. Again a good selection but not as tasty as the salads and desserts. Staff however were amazing in the restaurant and all of the staff in the hotel were always chatty and smiley.

  Disliked: Couldn’t really fault the hotel we had a lovely stay. Just the problem with the food some nights but it wouldn’t put me off returning.
