  Extremely disappointing

  Liked: Pool. Sunshine.

Disliked: This property was not as promised. There was a stink of sewerage in the main bathroom that made it unusable. The sink was also blocked. The tv did not work and was never fixed even though we informed them on day 1. There was construction work taking place outside our balcony with a crane swinging a few feet above our heads making the balcony also unusable. The pool bar was shut so no access to food, drink or a toilet when sat beside pool. The balcony door didn't lock, so was very insecure. The hosts were made well aware of the stench in the bathroom and the construction activity by previous guests before we arrived and yet nothing was addressed. We negotiated a small reduction to help compensate for our poor experience. Our holiday was ruined and a substantial amount of my time consumed with trying to resolve these matters without an acceptable solution. Would we stay here again? NO WAY!

Lovely stay In Puerto Rico as always. The apartment had fab views and was an easily accessible to the main centre

Liked: Lovely 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment. Very modern and comfortable. Had a bit of a mishap with the locks but the staff were very efficient.

Disliked: The smell from the drains can be very strong at times. Also there was a pool bar advertised but it never opened.
