Liked: Great location, on the flat but just back from the harbour. Easy to walk to all the main places and also quiet enough as back from the main road. Location and rooms excellent value for money and very accommodating to our needs.

Disliked: Just needs aircon but there are fans

Disliked: The room wasn't very clean, we were there for 4 days before the room was cleaned, the room information says cleaners come in every 2 days but it was 4 days then 3 days the room was cleaned, cockroach problems in the room and I feel this because the room wasn't cleaned effectively with disaffectant on the floors, Gran Canaria does have cock roaches but we have stayed in lots of apartments in Puerto Rico and never experienced the same amount of cock roaches in the room

Liked: To the Team at Sirena Apartments in Puerto Rico, Gran Canaria, I am writing to express my immense satisfaction and to sincerely thank you for the wonderful stay I recently enjoyed at your hotel. I was truly delighted with everything. The service was exceptional, and the apartment was comfortable and impeccably clean. The reception staff were always friendly and helpful, and the hotel's location is fantastic-l was particularly pleased with how close it is to the beautiful Playa de Puerto Rico beach. Thank you for contributing to a perfect holiday experience. I will cherish the memories and will not hesitate to choose your hotel again on my next visit to Gran Canaria.
