  Disappointing Experience, not recommended

  Liked: The Apartment was clean, the only positive aspect

  Disliked: There are clear discrepancies between the listing and the actual property. The apartment is advertised as having 2 bedrooms, however it is in fact a studio without separate bedrooms. The “sea view” is also misleading – the apartment faces a street with parked cars and passing traffic, and the sea is only visible beyond the road. The garden is very small and only separated from neighboring units by a light partition, offering very limited privacy. The apartment was dark, cold and humid, with no proper heating available. There is only a small portable heater, which is not sufficient for this type of apartment. Even with it running, the space remained cold and my clothes and belongings became damp overnight. A major problem is the poor insulation, especially the entrance door. As the apartment has a direct ground-level entrance from outside, the door is the only barrier to the external environment. There are visible gaps and openings where outside air comes in directly, and some holes appear to have been covered with tape. This allows cold air and humidity to enter continuously. Additionally, the apartment does not receive direct sunlight during the day, so it cannot warm up or dry out naturally. Due to its location next to the street and the main entrance of the complex, there is also noticeable noise from cars and people. Due to these conditions, it was impossible to stay. I left after 2 nights and had to arrange alternative accommodation on very short notice at a significantly higher cost. I informed the host after leaving the apartment, but still during my booked stay, and requested compensation as the conditions were not acceptable for a winter stay. The concerns were dismissed (e.g. referring to the unfortunate bad weather at the time of my stay and presenting the small heater as a sufficient solution), no solution was offered, and communication stopped afterwards.

  Relaxed week

  Liked: Lovely complex, close to the Europa centre. Apartment had everything we needed for a relaxed week in the sun. Host was very helpful.

  Good value accommodation

  Liked: Nice sun and sunset view in the afternoon and evening on the terrasse. Pool area is good with sun from early morning to sunset. Quiet and chill place to stay

  Disliked: A little bit moist and in the apartment as there is only sun in the evening. But if you plan to only use the apartment for sleeping and enjoy afternoon sunset it is a good choice.

  Very good

  Liked: Great location it's everything that shows in the photos. Warm greeting from the owner was great, he was there to answer any questions. Watching the sunset from the private garden was amazing.

  Short and sweet

  Liked: Clean and comfortable Nice view

  Disliked: I couldn’t find a fan even though it’s listed in the apartment listing. It’s right on the front of the complex and the garden is shared with next door, separated by some flowers. As a solo traveller I didn’t feel able to leave the patio door open so the only fresh air is the window in the bathroom.
