  Just so easy, even for old school me:)

  Liked: The staff made the experience very easy. Clear instructions, clean accommodation, help at hand and a good location.

  Disliked: I would have loved to have seen these friendly people and seen faces behind messages. I'm still old school.

  Good

  Liked: Quiet, clean. Reasonably good position although wouldn’t suit anyone who couldn’t walk up and down steps which I knew already having stayed there before.

  Disliked: No cafe / restaurant / bar open.

  Liked: Lovely property in a great location with all the facilities needed for a home from home. There are always sun loungers available at the pool area. Also, a nice restaurant on the terrace near the pool area.

  Disliked: Lots of steps to navigate to the Europa centre. €3-4 taxi ride back up to the property.

  Kept us fit, and pretty much was very enjoyable

  Liked: top floor - nobody above us - sun on balcony first thing, nice view, everything in kitchen, very good, smart and very nicely decored.

  Disliked: i loved it, as i slept on the convertable settee, so that was fine, but bit of moan about bed comfort and pillows from my son and daughter so if you improved those beds to be very cumfy, we would have given it a 9
