  Uninhabitable on arrival — we left within hours and lost our entire booking

  Liked: Nothing — we were unable to stay a single night

  Disliked: We booked 10 nights for our family, including a 15-year-old. We left within hours of check-in on day one. Dead cockroaches on the floors throughout. External doors that did not close or lock properly — the property was not secure. A hole broken through the kitchen ceiling with an open cavity above the food prep area. Heavily stained sofa and unhygienic conditions throughout — we would not store food or clothes there. We photographed and filmed everything on arrival, reported it to the host and Booking.com the same day, and paid for em

  Wouldn’t book again

  Liked: The location, close to city center

  Disliked: There were cockroaches outside and inside the house. It was not clean when we arrived. Not satisfied at all, we complained to booking and nothing happened. The landlord offered just solutions for June.

  Not Fit For Purpose, so disappointed

  Disliked: This apartment has to be the worst apartment we have stayed at in the last 15 years with either Booking.com or VRBO.It is definitely not fit to be advertised on any holiday rental sites & is not fit to be lived in.There are so many things wrong with this apartment.I don't quite know where to start.All the main issues will be mentioned shortly.The main gate to enter the property is very loose.As soon as you open the gate the hinge side drops down, as the fixings into the solid rock have all broken away.The only way to close the gate was, to lift it up, & slam it till it locked.The apartment obviously has a problem with pests.Hence,the pest control plugged into the wall.This did nothing at all to stop the pests.Very small like ants were seen running around on the work surface, & should you have any crumbs or, sugar,close by, there were literally hundreds seen running about.The Thursday before we were due to fly home, we were sitting down having a cup of tea, when we noticed something drop from a small hole in the ceiling.On closer inspection, it was a cockroach,that had fallen through the hole,& was lying on its back on the floor.Where there is one cockroach,you will have an infestation.Just to the left of the hob extractor fan,there is a hole in the 'void,' just below ceiling level,which urgently needs repairing, as again small pests can be seen running around.In the main bedroom, there are two areas on different walls, where the render has come away from the wall,& needs to be rectified immediately.On one of the same walls,the skirting had come away from the wall completely, & did not make a proper joint in the corner, leaving a big gap where again pests were evident.The air conditioning unit above our bed had all fluid runs down the wall that needs attention.In the bathroom,there is no vertical rail to hold the spray head whilst having a shower.
