Wouldn’t class it as a 3 star hotel in comparison to other 3 star hotels we have stayed in so overpriced
Liked: Staff very friendly, dog friendly, very clean room with nice bedding and towels. Balcony was appreciated. Elevator to upper floors was essential.

Disliked: WIFI was extremely slow during ny stay, and I tried it many different times of the day and night. That was the only disappointment, because came here to watch the eclipse, and the location was excellent. I had to get some work done, so the internet response was a problem. Otherwise, an excellent experience. Thank you.
A lot to improve

Disliked: The beds and there was no AC ( very hot in the 3rd floor )
On arrival one of the two lights in the bedroom did not work, there were no hangers. There was a sky light for a window
Disliked: Our room was awful The breakfast was awful The staff obviously did not want to be there Cleaning below standard
