  Very dirty

  Liked: The location was decent, you could reach the centre in 20 min walk or 10 min by bus, the price is convenient compared to other accommodations in San Sebastián

  Disliked: The property is definitely not suitable for groups of more than 4 people: - cleaning conditions are VERY POOR. The floor was dirty, under the beds we found some food leftovers from previous guests and even a dirty T-shirt. Our bed sheets smelled bad and in some of our towels we found some hairs from previous guests. The mattress of the sofa bed was orange and smelled very bad as well 🤢 - beds are very uncomfortable with except to the two double rooms - there’s only one bathroom (for a group of 8 it’s terrible) - kitchen and table are suitable for 2 people max, table is very small - windows in the small room and kitchen head to an air shaft which is very smelly and humid, so opening the windows doesn’t help

  Good location, good communication, run down apartment

  Liked: Great location, 20 min walk to town with a bus stop and supermarket

  Disliked: Very hot - requested another fan (owner happily provided) serious general maintenance on the property required- I have let the owner know. There is no kettle and the patio is a rubbish boiler room so it is hot and smelly all the time. Not supplying toilet paper and having to get rid of own rubbish is a little ridiculous

  Worst holiday we ever had. 100% Not worth the money, too expensive for what it is

  Liked: Quite clean, easy access via the Nuki key app.

  Disliked: Apartment was very disappointing, and not honestly described. It's not 10 minutes from the beach, more like 20. Unless you're running. The flat was dark, dinghy, smelly and very noisy. Front rooms were opening up onto a park, which is nice - but the street was very noisy, constant deliveries to shops downstairs, police sirens, the whole lot. We were bitten by mosquitoes and small flies, I had new bite marks every night. No air conditioning, so nights were very hot and we had to keep the windows open - hence the flies were getting in. Back rooms have fake windows against a fake internal "patio", first time I saw something like that. The patio was dirty and smelly, so the windows had to be kept shut in the third bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. Other flats had their boiler flutes pointed to the patio, so opening the windows would probably be dangerous. Kitchen equipment was very poor, I had to buy my own frying pan in order to have something safe to use. Knives chipped and not sharp, kitchen very cramped - cabinets full of appliances (like a huge water tank), so there was nowhere to store things. Interior lighting was very bright and 5000K (sharp blue light), we had to keep it off most of the time, it was like living in a brightly lit office. Living room sofa was very uncomfortable, cheap IKEA furniture everywhere. Beds were hard and of poor quality, mine was wobbling and I had to put tissues under one of the legs to stabilise it. Bed frames were so light that the beds were sliding all over the floor. In terms of storage like wardrobes, also very poor, no shelves - a lot of cabinets locked and inaccessible to the clients. The parking isn't 5 minutes away, it's 10, and getting in and out is very tricky in a large car. Triggering the gates is also quite tricky from the inside, other residents had to show us how to do it.

  Overall comfortable and convenient, good location

  Liked: Great location, with some conveniences in the area (supermarket downstairs, cafe around the corner, and next to bus stop)

  Disliked: No ventilation. It was stuffy and opening all the windows didn’t help too much. The bathroom window opens out into a rubbish chute. The room at the front of the house was the hottest room - my kids (12 and 15) really struggled to stay cool. You are also required to supply your own toilet paper.
