  A lovely hotel worth staying at

  Liked: The room was very comfortable, breakfast was lovely with freshly made coffee by the waiters and a wide variety to choose from. Gym and spa facilities were good Isaak at reception was fantastic and extremely helpful and informative, a credit to your company as was the young man serving coffee at breakfast 😁

  Disliked: Gym was very hot as next to the spa area, another air con unit may help.

  Hotel was above our expectations

  Liked: Great hotel in a great location. Very good and attentive staff. Spa was the icing on the cake. Hotel had thought of everything and were even able to supply a very reasonably priced swimming costume as I had left mine at home. Recommend

  Perfect location for our stay with tremendous support from the hotel team

  Liked: Booking, check-in and check-out went very smoothly. Good selection and variety of food and drinks for breakfast. Very nice staff with extraordinary support. Important to point out: I had forgotten our laptop in our room, which was found by the hotel staff the same morning. I was already to far away for a return to pick it up myself. So, we communicated via email with the reception team. The hotel staff kept it in safe custody until my return back home. We than coordinated the successful return shipment to my German home with perfect communication and tremendous assistance. I am very happy that we are still able to enjoy such special honesty and extensive degree of support at some places. My sincere compliments!

  A fine option for a value-play

  Liked: Pretty good location in a less touristy neighborhood but still a close walk to typical hubs. The front desk staff were very helpful and kind.

  Disliked: A bit worse for wear. Our shower door wouldn’t remain closed so was always about 10” open during showers. The WiFi range only extended to the foyer of the room and not the main room which was terrible given we also didn’t have great cell service. The facilities were decent, but the whirlpool/hottub was more a warm pool, the gym was stifling warm, and the steam room smelled a bit musty (covered up by eucalyptus). As far as the rest of the offering goes, it caught us off guard that there wasn’t a decent free coffee or tea option in the morning without purchasing a sit-down meal, leaving you to some instant coffee in the room.
