  Would highly recommend this hotel, the staff are excellent and ensure you have the best stay

  Liked: From the moment we booked this hotel we know we were going to be looked after. The communication with reception staff excellent and they were extremely helpful. We needed two parcels delivered before our arrival and they were extremely helpful to accommodate this for us, the hotel is an excellent location as it is out of the city yet only a 20 minute bus ride into the main attractions at only €1.95. The rooms are spacious, welcoming and extremely clean. The staff are warm and welcoming and very helpful. There was a great choice at the buffet breakfast. We loved our two night stay.

  Exceptional hotel

  Liked: Beautiful design, big room, great that it has a pool. The employees were so friendly and helpful. 10/10 no notes. Public transport also very easy to access

  A great hotel on the outskirts of Donostia, highly recommended

  Liked: We had a wonderful stay at the Tres Reyes hotel, Donostia. The hotel was ideal for our 6 night stay. The warm welcome from the reception staff set the high standard experienced for the rest of our stay. Our studio room was spacious and the welcome gift a nice surprise, the room met all our needs. The breakfast was absolutely supberb, very tasty and had plenty of options, it offered good value of money. The location of the hotel on the outskirts of the city was ideal for us as we had a car and had easy access to the motorway for day trips to Pamplona, Bilbao and Hondirribia. Travelling in and out from town was easy as the bus route was a 5 minute walk from the hotel and the journey took about 15 minutes on average.

  Good but not 4 stars

  Liked: Modern decor and big rooms. Nice view from the room.

  Disliked: Not organized at all, staff some kind some rude, need training about procedures. Empty mini bar, no room service, bad communication about anything concerning food and drinks.
