  A great value hotel close to the beach!

  Liked: A great value hotel, very clean, secure underground car park. The room was a good size and it was perfect for us travelling with two dogs - the walk in shower made cleaning them off after a day at the beach super easy. The bed was very comfortable too and the breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice.

  Liked: A clean and well-maintained hotel. The staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was varied, delicious, and plentiful. The food at the restaurant was excellent. The parking spaces were suitable even for large vehicles. The location was very convenient, close to both the beach and the old town.

  Liked: The location was excellent. The beautiful beaches are just 5 mins away and some amenities close by.

  Disliked: The heat in the room 😒 the heating system was on and there was no way it could be turned down. I asked the night staff for a fan and he provided us with one during our stay. I think the heating should be a personal preference.

  Really enjoyed our stay here - comfortable and a nice location

  Liked: Spacious and clean, with an excellent restaurant and bar. It’s supposed to concha Bay, but it feels like a neighborhood and not a busy city. It’s on easy bus routes to old town, which is about a 30 minute walk. I would stay here again!

  Disliked: I couldn’t get the HVAC system to blow anything but warm air. It wasn’t a problem though because temperatures were really mild and I could leave windows open at night.
