  Nice apartment difficult to access

  Liked: The apartment was a nice size and it was possible to walk (although quite a long walk) into town.

  Disliked: It felt like an escape room challenge trying to get into the apartment to get the key to get into the car park. The sat nav directed you over a pavement to the car park and it’s a busy road so not possible to drive slowly to work out where to go. Better instructions should be given for how to approach the car park. The apartment also was not very soundproof from noise from the road and there were street cleaners in the middle of the night which were very noisy. There is a coffee machine but no coffee and only one dishwasher tablet, it would help it more was provided including coffee capsules so we could have used the coffee machine.

  Extremely poor- would not recommend

  Liked: Upon arriving at the apartment it appeared well presented. However after this there was nothing good to report and we had to leave a day early due to a number of issues.

  Disliked: Extractor fan was dirty Shower in main bedroom leaked Random spare parts and unused items in several of the drawers. Wallpaper peeling off the wall Bathroom doors would not lock or close properly Intercom did not work Dishwasher was broken and leaked fluid from the bottom when it was switched on and came up with error code Plug socket surrounding fell off wall in bathroom No covers on the fans in the bedrooms which therefore could not be used especially in the children's room Blind leading to the balcony would not pull all the way up Skirting boards dusty Rug in front room full of hair. Sending double bedroom had two single beds pushed together bit one single bed was an inch or two higher that the other bed Random light bulbs left in the wardrobe of the second bedroom We have pictures and videos of all of the things wrong with this apartment

  This place is good for a family that would like access to local amenities

  Liked: The location was non tourist with good access to what we needed. A nice long walk to old town. Good bus access.

  Disliked: The was really hard to find. The directions are confusing. The lack of AC and no window screens. No soap. The beds, only one queen The showers were very small.

  Clean flat and well located but several basics were missing

  Liked: The flat was spacious and clean. The location is 30mins from the city center.

  Disliked: There were no coffee capsules provided, and the kitchen was poorly equipped overall — no oven dish, only two wine glasses for five guests, and a general lack of essential items. In the bathroom, there was no shower gel or hand soap, and only a single toilet paper roll was provided for the entire group, which was clearly insufficient. The beds were also not up to standard: the mattresses sagged significantly, and in one of the rooms, the two single beds were at different heights, which made sleeping arrangements uncomfortable. Moreover, there was no furniture in the bathroom to place personal belongings, and the lockers in the bathroom and toilets did not work. Finally, we noticed the absence of any welcoming touches that are often appreciated in similar accommodations.
