  Liked: The apartment was clean and comfortable. It was nice to have a dishwasher and washing machine. The check-in process was smooth and we were allowed an earlier check-in time, which was nice after arriving on an early flight.

  Disliked: It was a bit further from the old town than we would have liked, but still manageable.

  Nice location, fun city - horrible host, unreceptive to even trying to help

  Liked: Location was good and bed was more comfortable than most.

  Disliked: Host was horrible. Was very dismissive of my request to provide extra fans and pillows. There was only 1 small fan for the entire 2 bedroom apartment and it was over 90 degrees. How much would it cost to have an extra fan like maybe $30? Instead, he wrote me a form letter basically saying how "unfortunately nothing can be done". Meanwhile I spent over $500 per night and this guy can't give me a fan? Also, the venetian screen system did not work and he wanted me to stand on a chair and try to fix it. (Why don't you come over and fix it)? This further reduced air flow in the apartment. Host could care less. Lastly, out the window was alley filled with trash. Nice. Also adding to the experience, host took hours to respond. Didn't answer his phone either - again very clear he could care less about our situation.

  Recommended - Great for the beach and the town

  Liked: Great size apartment, airy and comfortable, had all necessary amenities. Very good location.

  Disliked: The shelves on the hallway are the exact height to bump your head against them! Might be a good idea to remove them. Bathroom toiletries were empty when we arrived. There were dirty clothes hanging in the balcony, probably the neighbours?

  Good location, not worth the price

  Liked: The instructions did not include the main door code on the pad so I had to wait until the host responded and after I got in, I could enter the lock box code.

  Disliked: When we arrived, the check in instructions were missing the outer door code so we had to wait for a while outside while we got a response. When we got inside, it was very dirty, there was not enough shampoo for 3 people even for one wash, no body soap and half a roll of toilet paper. If you write in the amenities that these things are available, please make sure they are. I could have easily brought my own stuff but ended up having to go buy all. For the check out I then receive an email telling me to leave the keys in the table which was wrong because I had to leave them in the box. Very confusing with the different instructions. It seems like the WhatsApp number you communicate with is AI based so half the messages you receive do not load and the other half say “I will get a human to review this”.

  Short but great stay

  Liked: Great location, comfy beds, clean and warm. Shampoo, bodywash and hairdryer in bathroom. Utensils clean and plenty in kitchen. Overall was great. Easy check in

  Disliked: Needs more towels There needs to be handsoap at the sink in bathroom. Shower didn't drain quickly enough. Overall was great.
