  A spacious, comfortable apartment in a great location for own. we had a lovely and relaxing stay

  Liked: Bright, airy and spacious apartment with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, with local markets, restaurants and cafés nearby, and a lovely 20–25 minute walk to the Old Town. Two lifts make access to the high floor easy. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. We had a really relaxed stay and would definitely come back.

  It was perfect for us

  Liked: The apartment is lovely. Everything you need. It’s in a local neighbourhood. The local prices are great! It’s better if you speak a little Spanish, but the locals are very accepting of a little charades. We considered it a short walk to the old town and the beach, but we like walking.

  "Spacious apartment with convenient parking and a scenic walk to the old town."

  Liked: We found the apartment to be very spacious, with the added convenience of easy parking. While the location was decent, the view from the balcony was of neighboring apartment buildings, which didn't offer much in terms of scenery. It's a bit of a walk to the old town—around 30 minutes if you're quick—so keep that in mind. The area had a predominantly local Spanish feel, which added to the authenticity of our stay. A plus was the parking being within a mall that also had a grocery store, making it easy to stock up on essentials. Prices for food and drinks in the immediate area were more affordable than those in the old city, although the old city certainly had better culinary options.

  Disliked: While the view from the balcony could have been better, and the walk to the old town was quite long, we actually enjoyed it as we love walking. However, for those who aren’t fond of long walks or have mobility issues, I’d recommend taking a taxi instead.
