  Great staff and location

  Liked: The staff, Borja was a darling. The location 2 blocks from La Concha. The lobby is beautiful. The room on the smaller side but fine.

  Above average City centre accommodation with very helpful Staff

  Liked: Location was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bar area was stunning. Breakfast was pricey but different level to most hotels. Great shower and comfy bed.

  Disliked: Only thing missing in the room was an iron and ironing board.
