Exceptional
If the maintance was done, this would be a nice property to stay at but as it is, I wouldnt recommend a large group of 5
Liked: Nicely presented, convenient to train station and just a short walk to main attractions.
Disliked: A lot of maintenance issues. Door off hinge in one bedroom so couldn’t close door, leaking shower so floor boards lifted in one bedroom. Cracked splash back in kitchen. Also toaster tripped the circuit so couldn’t use it and one fan didn’t work in one bedroom. No air conditioning.
Liked: Very central to everything with free parking. It was BIG so great value for a group in terms of bedrooms and bathrooms. But limited space to socialise inside. We were a couple so it was just fine.
Disliked: Quite noisy
Well located comparatively affordable accommodation for large family
Liked: We were a family of 6 adults so the number of bedrooms and bathrooms worked well. The location was excellent being a short walk from the Gros district and very convenient to the main bus station.
Disliked: A key reason for selecting this property was the availability of a washing machine. But as noted in other reviews which I hadn’t seen, there is no washing machine. The owner arranges a pick up and drop off cleaning service for free. While appreciated it was not convenient. The main living area is also cramped for 6 adults but manageable if you are not all dining at the same time.

Exceptional
Liked: Beautiful clean and spacious apartment in a great location with parking garage close by. Beds were comfortable. We appreciated the milk, water, beer and wine etc in the fridge on arrival. Excellent communications with the agent/owner who was really helpful when we initially had issues with the parking space (we were in a van so needed a space with 2m height clearance. Agent managed to arrange a parking place switch with another guest to accommodate us).
Disliked: Nothing, everything was great.
Comfortable stay in a great location
Liked: Spacious property in a great location.
Disliked: Needed mirrors in the bedrooms. One of the bathroom sinks was very small and splashed the water out.
