  Good location

  Liked: Great location within walking distance to the old town, town center, bus station or the train station. There are very good restaurants in the vicinity. The owner was responsive, met us there in person and gave us tips on what to do and see. The street itself is very quiet with very little car traffic.

  Disliked: The water in the shower goes either too hot or too cold, nothing in between. The TV is old, not a smart TV and most of the channels on it don't work anyway. The electric kettle didn't work so we had to boil water in a pot. One of the windows didn't close. One of the bedroom radiators didn't work. The walls are thin with no sound insolation so you hear everything both in the apartment and also the neighbors. All in all, for close to 200 Euro a night, it is a bit overpriced.

  Ok flat but wouldn’t necessarily go back

  Liked: The location is quite convenient, close the town centre and to the main city beach. The flat is well equipped though cleaning could have been better. Friendly and helpful staff.

  Disliked: The flat would need a thorough cleaning, especially the bathroom One room in particular was smelling of humidity/ mould

  Fantastic location to use as a base for exploring San Sebastian

  Liked: Fantastic location, 12 minutes walk from the Old Town and beach. Lots of local restaurants, café bars, bakeries, and shops on the doorstep.. fantastic supermarket within five minutes walk. Very quiet apartment building, we didn’t hear any noise from our neighbours at all. Rooms were all a good size, and the kitchen well stocked with all the essential items to cook with. Very handy having a washing machine in the apartment.

  Liked: Met at property to be shown apartment and given local tips. Great location - more locals than tourists. Parking close by in parking station (paid separately). Clean, tidy and comfortable. We were able to walk to all points of interest.

  Comfortable and well located apartment

  Liked: Beautifully decorated and comfortable (for three people). It's in a quiet area, but close to restaurants, supermarkets, shops, the old town, and Playa de la Concha.

  Disliked: One of the bedrooms is rather small, but comfortable enough. It's in need of new pots and pans. The window shutters needed cleaning very badly. The TV wasn't working.

  Big apartment at the edge of the centre and near the beach

  Liked: The apartment is big with 3 bedrooms, we were just with 2 so we used only 1 bedroom. The bed was very comfortable. There is a very nice well equipped kitchen (with dishwasher and washing machine) but we didn't used it (pintxos, duh). The bathroom is nice and all was clean, only the water was not stable warm (getting warm and cold and warm again etc.). The apartment is quiet and well located at the edge of the centre and near the beach. It's at the 5th floor with two elevators. Juan was efficient and gave us perfect advice for free parking.

  Disliked: It could be a bit more cosy, but that's maybe a matter of taste. The price (€180 a night) is ridiculous but comparable with all very high accommodation prices in San Sebastian. For a big family, two couples or friend group it can be a good deal though..
