  A great place to stay close to San Sebastián’s highlights

  Liked: The location is great. Close to beach, shopping, old town and bu station. The apartment also has a good karma. And view from the eating space is nice. Despite its central location there is very little noise during nighttime and very limited traffic. Also practical items such as washing up liquid and dishwasher pills were provided. It really felt lite home.

  Disliked: The bathroom sink was a bit clogged.

  Love it would come back again

  Disliked: Not the fault of the property but there was a lot of work being done immediately outside the flat on the pavement which was very noisy.

  Unacceptable levels of noise on 2 of the 4 days

  Liked: Good location

  Disliked: The metro construction is directly under the window of this apartment. Also no aircon, and not being able to open the windows due to the construction noise being unbearable. The apartment was smaller than the photos represented, not much space for luggage unless you put it in the lounge area. Host was not willing to compromise on giving us some sort of compensation for the major disruption to our stay. Really disappointing to not be able to be in the apartment for 2 of our 4 days there. (The works were not over the weekend days) We specifically booked the space as it had a desk / table to work from but had to outsource another place to relax and work from during the day.

  A gorgeous little apartment in a fabulous location. Loved our stay

  Liked: Location, location, location. Felt safe and secure. Liked the little sun room with windows. Chocolates and coffee selection. Washing machine was a nice surprise.

  Disliked: Nothing- we were really happy. Had everything we needed. Perhaps some English breakfast tea. Couldn’t find the wheeler bins. TVs were too high to watch from couch.

  Liked: The apartment was cute and cozy and in an excellent location. We could walk everywhere and get what we needed from many of the markets. The enclosed balcony space was wonderful and the mornings were cool enough to open the windows and enjoy the breeze. It's a great space to read and relax before a busy day.

  Disliked: Like what others said, the couch is stained and dirty making it unpleasant to enjoy. It could use a sold cleaning or replacement. The apartment is next to the San Martin market. If you're a light sleeper just know that the trucks are outside of the bedroom window unloading goods early in the morning. It wasn't too hard to block out. The real issue was the construction for the new metro station right outside of the building. We had to endure two days of jack hammering the solid rock sidewalk out front. Out of the owners control of course but would have been a nice heads up or discount. It did kinda suck to wake up to jack hammering two mornings in a row.
