Room could do with a floor refurbishment, also the bathroom tap was temperamental

Liked: Poor continental selection for breakfast. No options available for cooked breakfast, not even fried eggs

Disliked: No coffee facilities in the room for a 4 stars place

An extremely disappointing stay in a dirty, poorly maintained room with mold, dirty bedding, other people’s hair everywh

Liked: Honestly, there was very little to like about this stay.

Disliked: The room was absolutely filthy and clearly had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. There was a huge amount of mold inside the refrigerator, other people’s hair all over the room, and the bed linen was dirty. The floor and walls were damaged and in very poor condition. There was no proper drinking water, no coffee, and not even basic toiletries such as toothbrushes or toothpaste. The overall condition of the room was disgusting and completely unacceptable for a hotel. The level of cleanliness was terrible, and the room clearly did not meet even the most basic standards of hygiene. This was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend staying here.
