  Love This Place!

  Liked: The location was perfect. I like being in the center of things. I was concerned about noise, but the trash collector's didn't come till around 8:30 or 9:00 so that didn't bother me. With a beautiful view of the Church just outside my window with a tiny balcony, I felt like I was a part of the action. The staff was helpful, someone was always at the front desk. I loved the breakfasts, too. Should I ever return, this hotel would be where I stayed again!

  Disliked: I honestly can't think of anything I didn't like. I was away from the elevators, the other guests were quiet and mindful of others, the bed was great.

  Excellent what else can I say!

  Liked: Excellent location in the heart of the old town, high quality standard, triple glaze windows, staff were excellent and breakfast was divine

  Right in the heart of everything worth visiting and eating. High recommended

  Liked: Location, location, location! It’s a bit tricky to find at first (especially if you’re driving because you have to access the drop off area via pedestrian only zones which don’t show up on Google Maps) but well worth the bother! It’s pricey but the rooms are spacious and the breakfast is amazing. The double glazing is also very good so all the noise coming from the bars downstairs is not an issue. Staff were warm and helpful. Covered and secure parking is just a short 5 min walk away.

  Frontdesk was unfriendly - literally zero customer service. But the cleaning ladies were lovely

  Liked: Location was perfect. Right in the centre of San Sebastián's old town.

  Disliked: The rooms were tinier than I expected. I had no where for my luggage. Bed was like a hostel bed. For the price zero value of money. Upon first sight, asked to pay for an upgrade but they had none available. Did my best to spend most of my time out and about. The hotel was my least favourite part of my trip.
