  Unacceptable temperature control, poor complaint handling and a thoroughly disappointing experience. Not recommended

  Liked: Nothing worth mentioning. The experience was completely overshadowed by the unacceptable room temperature and the management’s handling of our complaint.

  Disliked: The air conditioning was an absolute disgrace. The room was uncomfortably cold, and we had no proper control over the temperature. Paying for a hotel room where you cannot even regulate something as basic as the climate is unacceptable. What made matters worse was the management’s response. Instead of resolving a straightforward problem promptly, we had to waste our time complaining and negotiating over something that should never have been an issue in the first place. The AC was eventually switched off, which made the room comfortable enough to sleep in. But that only proves how easily the problem could have been avoided from the beginning. A hotel should provide comfort, not force guests to fight for it. Extremely disappointing.

  I have never come across a hotel which lacked so many basic facilities

  Disliked: No window No toiletries No coffee making facilities No reception desk Nowhere to leave luggage Very basic for £160 per night and not even near the centre of town Staff not helpful on phone
