Disliked: When we arrived we had difficulty using the key code to access the property, but it was promptly sorted by telephoning the contact number.

The people we communicated with were super nice, it was a nice affordable stay and was very clean

Liked: Nice location, felt safe, comfortable, cute

Disliked: Had an unusual smell, trash can was broken in the bathroom, felt kind of like an Airbnb

Liked: Clean, comfortable rooms. Excellent bus route.

Disliked: Checkin/access awkward. Not a fan of digital registrations as a requirement. Breakfast ok but very small

Overpriced, with awkward remote check in. Comfortable once you get inside

Liked: We booked this hotel in an emergency when we were let down by other accommodation. It was available, in the right place at the right time, and it was clean, quiet and comfortable.

Disliked: The price was insanely expensive for the facilities offered. At this price point I would expect a proper hotel with a staffed reception, on-site refreshments etc. This was basically just a house with a remote door lock and a breakfast room in the basement. The remote check-in experience was very poor, with a call centre operator who was obviously handling many different properties and didn't know any details about this "hotel". The online forms we had to fill in didn't work. There were no bicycle parking facilities. You need to provide this, as San Sebastian is a very bike friendly city and guests arriving by bike should be planned for.
