Nice stay that did the job for our trip. Very clean and nice kitchen and bathroom

Liked: Good location close to the beach and shops. Nice patio area good for storing surf stuff.

Disliked: Sometimes noisy in the central columns. Sofa bed didn’t work. Had been broken. A key safe outside the property would be easier than the current key collection. Needs a kettle. Tea and coffee would also be good.

  Good location, needs work

Liked: Location in Gros is excellent. Close to Txofre parking garage and Zurriola beach.

Disliked: There is a damp problem. The place was clean but there is an instant smell of mold and visible damp related damage and mold on several walls.

Liked: The location was very nice and the apartment big and comfortable. The outside terrace was great to have.

Disliked: Communication is a bit difficult. You have to go get the keys from another location which isn’t very far but you don’t get any message with the information. You need to call a number and even you need to call several times so they answer. The number is Spanish of course and sometimes that’s not so convenient. The information should be sent in a message and be clear. Other than that the apartment was very good.
