  Location good, service needs improving

  Disliked: Check in experience was very poor, from the time they told me they would send the access codes to when I actually received them was 1 hour (and only because I found the number to call them on WhatsApp), I was left standing locked outside for 60 minutes. The lady on the phone was very rude. The room is extremely noisy. You can hear everyone in adjacent rooms and living above. The water pipes run directly next to the room so everytime someone flushed a toilet you could hear it very loud through the pipes. The door to the room was broken and scraped along the floor everytime you opened it closed it. The pillows are extremely uncomfortable, very thin, basically nothing to them. The shower pressure was minimal.

  Brilliant location and clean room

  Liked: Location is perfect. Clean room, comfortable mattress (not pillows!) clean bathroom, room had everything we needed.

  Disliked: Very little sound insulation, we got woken up by our neighbours at 1am and had a very poor sleep
