  Loved our stay. Location requires a car to explore the city

  Liked: Superb view from our balcony. Recommend getting a room with a sea view.

  Liked: Stunning location. Great staff at reception.

  Disliked: Rude, arrogant and angry member of restaurant staff!! Not a good ambassador for the hotel. Issue rectified immediately by restaurant manager.

  A great place to stay in San Sebastián, with stunning views, rooftop pools and a beautiful lobby

  Liked: The best view over all of San Sebastián! A massive plus was the rooftop pool, and the food options at the bar. Staff were very kind and made us feel welcome

  Disliked: Not a negative, but a slight inconvenience to get into the property in the evenings with taxis, and requiring ID from the hotel.

  Stunning location if you go for the rooms looking over the bay the

  Liked: Absolutely amazing location and fabulous breakfast.

  Disliked: Reception was a bit chaotic on arrival and there were people ahead of us very unhappy with their room allocation

  Disliked: They cancelled our reservations when we landed there inspite of having a confirmation reservation. Horrible! We had to ask the taxi to wait and take us back to Donostia to get a hotel.
