  Beautiful modern stay next to the forest, close to the bus station

  Liked: I liked the building (very modern), the room and the cafe at the ground floor. I also loved the surroundings, it was next to a forest. The bus stop was literally 1min away and the buses were very frequent - it took about 15min-20min to get to the city centre.

  Liked: Conveniently located near bus stop to get to city center, free parking. Clean facilities

  Disliked: The light in the bathroom seems to have some timer or sensor where it goes on and off by itself sometimes.

  Amazing mature, but did not meet expectations

  Liked: The location is fantastic, pleasant view of the forest.

  Disliked: Strong smell of chlorine in the room and in the elevators, seems like they are using the cheapest cleaning aids. No drinking water, coffee or tea in the rooms - unpleasant surprise for the price they charge. Some staff is amazing (2 gentleman on the reception and the restaurant hostess), others (ladies on the reception, one of them I believe was a manager) were almost rude (no smile, treat you as if they were doing you a favor). I work in hospitality myself, so I know how you supposed to talk to guests - they did not.

  Great studios in San Sebastian

  Liked: Studios were outside of central San Sebastian but on a bus route so easy to get to and from San Sebastian. The hotel attached had a cafe/restaurant which stayed open from breakfast to evening. Set in a lovely setting. Studios had everything needed.

  Disliked: Nothing.
