Liked: Paolo and his wife have created a wonderful place to stay at Pension Aia. Paolo took the time at check-in to give me an overview of the city and many great recommendations. The place is spotless. My room was immaculate, with fresh linens and the shared spaces were just as well kept. It’s obvious that real care goes into keeping everything clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Paolo!

The kindest hosts you could hope for in an emergency

Liked: I had a medical emergency and was admitted to hospital. The hosts were incredibly helpful on ensuring that my belongings were safe and even offered to bring me items to the hospital. They stored my items after the room booking had ended. They went above and beyond to help someone alone in a city she didn't know and who had a serious medical situation. Their kindness made a very frightening experience a little easier to manage. I would definitely return to this Pensión and highly recommend it to anyone visiting this city.

Superb hosts and a wonderful location with walking distance to virtually anywhere in town

Liked: We ate breakfast out, and to my knowledge, there was no formal breakfast. It's all about the person who acts as our host, and Paolo and his wife were both outstanding and gracious.

Disliked: I cannot think of anything.
