  Incredible value for the money

Liked: Fantastic location and staff. Clean and well maintained.

Disliked: Bath gel and shampoo supplied were not good. I'm used to sleeping with an extra pillow and one isn't provided in the room. Truly small things.

Liked: Excellent location and beautiful old entrance with lift. Delightful owner upgraded us from a standard double to a beautiful big corner room with a sea view. Spotless clean room and very comfortable bed. Great shower, cannot fault anything about our stay

  Disliked: Loved it all

Solid central location for exploring & close to La Concha Playa

Liked: First when I booked I was wondering why every property in SS was so expensive. Upon arrival learned it was "Semana Grande"-Big Week-(Aste Nagusia)-had no idea as I had just come from Bilbao primarily for the solar eclipse two days earler. So SS was loco compared to other times I've been there in the past. The location was great and the room was expected-spartan but modern & comfortable & seemingly updated recently. Staff was friendly. And there was central A/C piped into the room but it wasn't very strong but at least since SS is on the coast it didn't get hot. Finally, the old school elevator was pretty wacky-many moving parts.

Simple, clean, safe pension that is well situated for adventures in San Sebastián

Liked: Lovely, clean pension well located on the edge of the old town and a 2 minute walk to La Concha.

Disliked: Couldn’t adjust air conditioning. Fortunately, it wasn’t hot and the hostess did ask me if I was comfortable.
