  Great location, comfortable stay! Would recommend!

  Liked: Great location in Gros, easy to get everywhere in San Sebastián - including the old town. Comfortable bed, good bathroom. Everything was clean.

  Disliked: It’s expensive - but so is everywhere to stay in San Sebastián! Otherwise all good.

  Liked: The shower was very powerful and plenty of hot water. The communication from the owners via WhatsApp was great: They answered questions promptly and gave good advice on travel from the airport and rapidly restored power after a power surge that affected the whole street. Was so pleased that there were kettles available for making tea. Only provided Earl Grey teabags but supermarket right next door had some other options. The location was perfect. We had so many food and drink options and the beach and theatre all so close by. Nice beach, river and historical fortress on hill all within easy walking distance.

  Disliked: The power cut and emergency light that came on while we were still sleeping! -but this was not the fault of the property and they restored power and the emergency light went off in less than half an hour.

  Good location, comfortable but very dark

  Liked: Super clean, friendly staff and comfy bed

  Disliked: Despite the room having a balcony it was very dark and little gloomy, you could tell the weather outside at all. No aircon but had a fan

  Would happily go back

  Liked: Excellent location, great room, really enjoyable stay

  Disliked: Only slight issue was lack of tea and coffee facilities, whilst there was a coffee machine only had cappuccino pods
