  Misery; avoid this place at all costs

  Liked: Location. Shower has good water pressure

  Disliked: Everything was really awful. Room stank. Garbage trucks at 2am outside our window every morning. Staff was unresponsive and unhelpful. No clean towels. Mattress was miserable. It was the worst travel experience I’ve ever had

  A terrible experience

  Liked: The position was good.

  Disliked: A terrible experience. The room was damp and windowless; the towels and sheets were dirty upon our arrival. Cleaning was never done, despite the service being included in the property description. Furthermore, the staff never answered to our messages.

  Amazing location close to the beach

  Liked: Location great bed comfortable Staff friendly Shower was lovely

  Disliked: No aircon- just a fan. Although very shady so didn't get as hot as it could've been during a heatwave. We were told our room was changed due to an error on their booking system to a separate bathroom across the corridor, at last minute but offered a discount. I insisted that I needed my own bathroom. They conceded as it was their mistake. I would not recommend the pension based on this alternative room. Make sure you have a room with a private bathroom.

  Disliked: Checked in on Friday and texted the staff a question about the room since there was no one at the front desk the entire weekend. They ignored my text until it was time to check out. Upon checking out, I asked the staff if there was a place to leave my luggage since I wasn't leaving the city until much later, and again, got completely ignored. I was not going to leave a review about the hotel because I knew what I was signing up for given the price I was paying, but the staff was completely dismissive, unhelpful, and unprofessional.
