  You open the window and get into the pantry with a curtain behind which there are other people. This is the first time I

  Liked: Good location

  Disliked: The front room is being repaired, so it was noisy and dirty. There is no normal window in the room, the room itself is meagre. It was stuffy to sleep because I like to sleep with fresh air. In the shower, water poured in addition to the shower can in the middle of the tap, that is, the tap is broken, but they don't touch it because they are still working and the water from the middle beats like a fountain. I wouldn't have come here yet.

  Decent room, great location

  Liked: Great location, clean and tidy with a good size ensuite bathroom. In room safe and mini fridge with water (restocked). Also the bed was made daily and toiletries restocked. Plenty of hanging space and hangers. Lift or stairs up to the floor and the room felt safe and secure.

  Disliked: 3 beds into a room that really was for 2. No Aircon, but a through draft could easily be created.

  Basic, clean accommodation in the centre of Donostia

  Liked: Clean, but basic accommodation in a strategic location of Donostia. Close to the Kursaal and nearby beach, as well as some nice bars and about 15 mins from the Old Town. There were some free bottles of water included. The clean bathroom was huge.

  Disliked: Instructions were only sent on the day of travel, but were very clear. The layout of the room is weird. The bedroom is small and the bathroom is at least the same size. There was a door from the bathroom leading to a balcony which had a window into another room and seemed to be used as a storage area. The price was relatively high, but overall in line with prices for accommodation in Donostia. Other towns in the Basque country offer better value for money.

  Small but great room in the middle of the old town

  Liked: In the middle of the old town..kettle outside with tea & coffee..very good idea.

  Disliked: 3 flights of stairs..no lift

  Disliked: Could have been clearer on check-in details that wasn’t staffed all the time. There were other guests waiting outside later in the day trying to get us to let them in as there was no one on reception
