  Great central location, excellent staff, clean and comfortable, would stay again

  Liked: Have previously visited San Sebastián and the location of Pension Del Mar was excellent. Well positioned for a short walk to the old town with all its bars and restaurants. Plenty of bars are also in the immediate area should you not want a walk. Staff we dealt with were really helpful and communication prior to our arrival was excellent.

  Disliked: In the room we had there weren’t any windows…….. it is an old apartment block.

  Disliked: The air con remote control was very complicated and we couldn't work out how to use it. There were no instructions. Hopefully this can be sorted out for future guests.

  Good location, good value, very clean

  Liked: A fairly short walk from the train station, and a good location. We found the room comfortable. There was a mini kitchen next to our room, which provides the basics like a kettle, some dishware. It's not a lot of items but was ok for our needs. The lobby has a Nespresso coffee machine which makes quite a good cup of coffee. Bottled water was also available. The rooms were comfortable and a blackout shade was provided. You can request housekeeping daily. Shower is adequate. We found the room very clean, and I mean clean! Location was close to a few pasty/coffee shops for breakfast. There is also a Laundromat close by (with exorbitant prices but hey, it's close). Overall a comfortable stay.

  Disliked: I wish they had a USB outlet!!!! That's something any traveler would find exceedingly used vs using a plug/adapter.

  Excellent value for money, tres chic for the price

  Liked: I had an unexpected very late check in (2.30am) and the staff made the process very easy!

  Disliked: Tv a bit small and bathroom access not directly outside room, but bathroom was lovely.

  neat, clean accommodation in a great location

  Liked: Clean neat accommodation which met expectations. Good instructions about parking nearby.

  Disliked: It was all great, only small suggestion is some milk options to go with the (welcome) coffee machine available.

  Liked: The place was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Location was fantastic - close to the beach and sights of the town, with lots of nice cafes and restaurants close by. The place also has air-conditioning which was great on the hot summer days.
