  Brilliant location, simple room but exactly what we needed

  Liked: Amazing location, situated in the old town, seconds from the buzz. However, the street remained quiet during the day and night, which was great. Cold and hot water for teas/coffee was available. Staff were great - available for questions on Whatsapp, and provided some great recommendations for food and coffee.

  Disliked: The room was smaller than we thought, and the balcony is tiny and just looks out onto a street - not quite what we had in mind when paying extra for a room with a balcony. The bed was also a little hard.

  Nice location and clean room

  Liked: The location is very central and allows to visit the city centre with a short walk. The area is quite busy at night because of the many bars and restaurants where you can taste the local cuisine. Many of the best Pintxos places are located at walking distance. There is no parking available and no breakfast is offered in the structure.

  Disliked: It was difficult to get in touch with the owner who is nice but not very quick in replying to queries by the guests.

  Liked: Clean, comfortable and amazing location. Host was brilliant, friendly, helpful and caring. Highly recommended. Definitely will go back to them.

  Liked: Great location in the heart of Old Town.Train and Bus terminal could be reached by foot and San Sebastian sights were also easily accessible.
