Liked: The view from the room was exceptional, we even spent a rainy evening on the balcony watching the waves crash and the surfers at the beach across the way. The location was perfect for walking to nearby restaurants and beaches, and overall it was accessible to walk to everything the city has to offer.

Disliked: The walls are a bit thin, so you can hear your neighbour's conversations sometimes.
