  Friendly and welcoming at a great location

  Liked: An excellent host that made us feel very welcome and gave suggestions to enhance our stay. Great size room and kitchen facilities. The location was ideal as only a few minutes walk to the centre of the old town and beach.

  Excellent location very nice pension

  Liked: This pension is in the center of town, we stayed in the Blue Room, a good sized room with balcony, large closet, very clean and quiet at night. The owner Luis is extremely organized, the common kitchen for guests to use is wonderful, this is a lovely pension to stay and enjoy the surrounding area, we are very grateful for Luis’ kindness and excellent hospitality. Highly recommended to stay here for anyone planning to visit San Sebastián.

Please note that parties are not allowed at Pensión Joakina.

Please note that children are allowed to stay in the apartments, but not in the rooms.

The low floors and the entrance are under renovation, all the balconies and views are available as we don´t have the scafolding any more. Renovation work is done from 9 to 17.30 from Monday to Friday. Some rooms may be affected by noise as the works are almost over.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
