  A good value base in San Sebastián

  Liked: It’s a great location right in the heart of the Old Town with everything close at hand. The excellent glazing kept all street noise out and the fan was effective in keeping the room cool with the door shut. The staff were all excellent, friendly and helpful. The place was spotlessly clean and the fridge was a welcome addition. WiFi was great. I recommend Pension Kaia and would happily stay here again.

  Disliked: There’s a fair bit of internal noise which kept us awake a bit. It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room.

  A great place to stay in the old town of Donostia-San Sebastien

  Liked: Great location to stay. The rooms were surprisingly quiet. The staff were exceptional and provided anything we required. Great that they also had a laundry service which was efficient and well priced.

  Disliked: The rooms are small but are also manageable. Possibly not the right accommodation if you had mobility issues.
