  Liked: All good! Staff really nice! Rooms are small but cosy somehow..

  Amazing stay would definitely stay again

  Liked: It was clean and conveniently located. The receptionist was so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. It was incredibly good value for money. It felt like a more authentic experience staying here than at a big hotel

  Wouldn't stay again

  Liked: The staff was friendly and the room was clean

  Disliked: There was loud construction work going on in the morning. The double bed was very small and not particularly comfortable, and the room itself was tiny and felt very cramped. The soundproofing was also poor—you could hear everything from the neighbouring rooms and the hallway. Compared with, for example, Pension Urkia, which is more centrally located yet offers cheaper, larger, quieter rooms, this felt like a rip-off. Even the capsule coffee wasn’t complimentary, which was disappointing given the price. You also cannot check in between 2 to 5 PM.
