  Decent but simple accommodation

  Liked: Peaceful and calm, cleanliness, friendly staff

  Disliked: Nothing to particularly dislike, taking account of the standard of the accommodation (lack of AC, basic and simple equipment)

  Liked: The staff were very helpful and friendly, and we had no complaints about the room.

  Disliked: When we were checking in it was 10.30pm so a porter that was on the desk, he gave a form with no english and no space between the questions, then he told me room 109 on 5th floor so i was confused and had to work it out myself.

  Reasonable place for a short stay

  Liked: Good value for money. The location is decent – ​​close to the beach and the city center, although public transport is best. Free parking is available. There's a reception desk, and the staff is friendly and helpful. There's no air conditioning, but fans are provided.

  Disliked: The lack of air conditioning is a real problem here, though. The rooms are quite cramped, typical of student dorms. Parking is rather small and cannot be reserved in advance. The standard, old-fashioned electric stove requires a lot of patience.

This residence is open to the university community, including students, professors, researchers, administrative staff, all year round and it is a member of the Spanish Youth Hostel Network (REAJ).
