San Sebastian is amazing! Definitely a place to come back to!

Liked: I like that the room was new. The location/ lobby itself was confusing because it is an office building. The entrance to the hotel is not very impressive. Also it will be helpful if there was some kind of shelf in the shower to put toiletries on. That said, the staff were very kind and patient. Vera waited for us to get settled in and offered us water and add'l pillows. The housekeeping lady was also genuinely helpful when we checked out.

Disliked: Getting there was very confusing. The GPS brought us twice to the VW dealership next door. You should specify that your entrance is along Xabier Lizardi St and maybe include these coordinates in your instructions: 43°18'02.3"N 2°00'13.9"W (in Google Maps) Because that street is a one way street, it will be helpful to guide your guests to the right spot.

An ok place to stay at a busy time of year

Liked: The property was clean and the bed was comfortable

Disliked: The property is located quite a distance from the centre of San Sebastián and we discovered that you cannot drive your car into the city without pre-registering it for the low emissions zone. Although the room was clean and comfortable, it was very narrow and felt as if you were in a corridor. It was quite difficult to locate the property. An emergency light came on at about 5am, shining in my face so I couldn’t sleep but there was no one around when we left to report the problem to.

Liked: Great room and really quick and easy access to both trains and buses into the city centre.

Disliked: We had a few problems getting early access to leave our bags but just had to wait a while at a local restaurant so no big hardship!
