  A great town, a great stay

  Liked: The hotel is situated at the ideal zone between new and old town. It is a really luxury room equipped with all the amenities that guarantee an easy stay. The reception is always available to help. The bed is huge, many pillows and a fully equipped kitchen. Water flow in the shower is just perfect.

  Disliked: A bit more of cleaning of the dark spots at the shower corners is always something the guest notices. More attention is necessary to match the high price. In fact, this was the only spot to limit the 10/10 on cleaning.

  It was great!

  Liked: Loved the staff- very sweet and helpful. The apt. Was clean and spacious; the location was perfect, close to the beach, old San Sebastion and many pinxto bars, cafes and markets.

  Perfect location

  Liked: Excellent location for getting around to all the tourist spots, so as first time visitors to San Sebastian it was perfect for us. The apartment felt really secure and well thought out, I think you could also be happy doing a longer let there, it was very well equipped for a small spot. Comfortable soft bedding and helpful receptionist. Nice to also be provided with fresh beach towels and maps / info.

  Disliked: Our shower flooded the bathroom when used so you had to be careful with that, but not a major deal once we realised.

  Wonderful, comfortable apartment in an excellent location

  Liked: Nice, bright, spacious and comfortable apartment with all the amenities you could hope for. Excellent location close to old town, beach and shopping district. Staff were friendly and very helpful.
