  Overall nice stay, some concerns though

  Liked: The room was very white and cozy and flat. Cutely decorated, big, spacious. The kitchen was also well stocked and the host responded pretty quickly. The location is a little far from central stuff but it wasn't too long of a walk. The host also left us with a booklet of stuff to do which was nice.

  Disliked: There were 2 full beds, 1 twin bed, and a sofa pull out bed. For 5 people, we had one person use the sofa pull out bed which was confusing to set up. The sheets for the pull out bed also had blood stains on them:( The actual beds were comfy and normal though. The shower gels and dish soap were also empty.

  Good potential, but tired and not clean enough

  Liked: The apartment is located next to a park and is just a 10-minute drive from the center of San Sebastián. Street parking is available but paid. The place is pet-friendly, and there is a dog park nearby. Communication with the host was quick and easy. The apartment itself is quite spacious, features a fully equipped kitchen, and has heating.

  Disliked: ​The apartment feels very tired and is badly in need of a deep clean and some renovation. The bed was uncomfortable, all the appliances are outdated, the chairs squeak, and the sofa is stained. The shower curtain in the bathroom was covered in mold, which is a health hazard. Additionally, the soundproofing is poor — you can hear both the neighbors and the traffic noise from the road.

  Liked: Really stylish and comfy Quiet and modern neighbourhood Easy bus connections to town Center

  Disliked: Balcony/ terrace hadn’t been swept and was a bit grubby

  Loved it. Would recommend it to my friends

  Liked: I liked the location in Amara. We sometimes walked to town, other times took the buses which came frequently.

  Disliked: Sometimes loud outside at night - we had to leave windows open because there was a heat wave. Also only one fan in the house - would recommend one for each bedroom for August stays.

  Great place for a break to San Sebastián with your pooches

  Liked: Open airy flat with all that you need for a short break including a nice functional kitchen and allows dogs. You have green areas across the road and all the shopping you need around. Alphonso is very responsive and comes across as a kind host.

  Disliked: It needs a bit of love and updating - the fabric on the sofas was smelling as an example and it was the little things. We would stay again.
