Guest reviews
Exceptional
Liked: Everything. Stunning views, nature and privacy.
Quiet nature and historic building appeal
Liked: Beautiful setting and very very quiet location, ideal for a break from city noise
Disliked: We had a problem with the drains and although we alerted the owner early on, we ended up with a flood of waste water in the apartment. The place appeared superficially very clean but there was a bit of a smell, and overall drains, behind cupboards etc. needed more attention
Wonderful stay to disconnect!
Liked: The location is perfect to disconnect yet close to supermarkets and attractions of the region. The hosts were very kind and always easy to reach. The apartment has all the facilities needed, tastefully decorated & providing privacy for the guests. Overall very happy with our stay, I would go again!
Exceptional
Liked: The hotel is in a beautiful quiet area,. The restaurant is temporarily closed but the kitchen in the apartment is well equipped making it easy to prepare food. We liked the relaxed approach from the lower and quiet location so much we booked a third night.
Nice location but needs to be tidied up - some chairs broken and evidence of rodent activity
Liked: Very quiet and peaceful environment
Disliked: The restaurant was closed due to illness so had to cool ourselves. It’s a long drive to any restaurants We could use the bbq which was fine.
