  Liked: “I had a really good stay. The staff were very friendly, the place was clean and well-kept, and all the facilities I needed were available— and more. Private parking was a big plus. Overall, a very nice place and I’m extremely satisfied.

  Disliked: Honestly, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like. I was very satisfied with my stay.

  First rate accommodation, including the excellent Traffic Restaurant

  Liked: Adequate breakfast. Excellent coffee. Fresh orange juice.

  Liked: Excellent location right in the city center. Spacious room. Comfortable beds. Good ventilation. Large swimming pool.

  Disliked: You need to bring your own canned food. The restaurant is fully booked for several days in advance. You can only look at the beautiful menu. There is no separate reservation for hotel guests. Entering document details at check-in is quite inconvenient; it would be good if this could be done in advance.

  The rooms were exceptionally clean and exceeded my expectations! I was very impressed with the cleaning staff. They were

  Liked: Clean, amazing pool area, great restaurant below the hotel.

  Disliked: Lack of fresh water provided/no water available unless for purchase, restaurant and hotel seemed disjointed, the self check-in machine was finicky to use and we were unsure what the payment was for at the end of checking in (13 EUR). Would also appreciate a reminder on the Booking.com app that the property corresponds with guests via WhatsApp and not the Booking.com app. North Americans don’t use WhatsApp very often, so I was struggling to find the door code information upon arrival as I forgot that they had messaged on WhatsApp.

  Amazing stay

  Liked: The hotel was beautiful and set in a very nice town where you can get a local feel. Very quiet area and the pool area was amazing. Several restaurants to choose from. Would definitely return if we had to visit Mallorca again.
