  Very beautiful!

  Liked: Beautiful property, restaurant and rooms. Pool and sauna really nice. Restaurant was very good and the food reasonably priced.

  Disliked: If wifi is important, it can be a bit spotty. Rooms are not particularly soundproof.

  Quiet and relaxing

  Liked: Very quiet and relaxing location. Food was excellent although the menu was the same every night. One night when the main chef was off there was a noticeable drop in quality. The staff were lovely generally - especially Juan and Paula.

  Disliked: Arriving at reception after a longish drive, the man on reception - Francisco (I asked later as he did not wear a badge)…. was dealing very slowly with another couple and he did not even look up and acknowledge us. After some time another man came out and I asked if he could help but he shrugged and pointed to Francisco. After he had finished on the computer Francisco very slowly went through a map and times of the meals with the couple. Still no acknowledgement of us standing there. We felt like turning round and leaving - we have never experienced such an awful reception in any hotel we have ever been to. Not even the offer of a glass of water.

  This is a 6 not a 9.2 hotel

  Liked: The landscape and the gardens are really nice. The photos are better than the reality unfortunately

  Disliked: The rooms are not well maintained and the spa is dirty. The pool is cold and dirty, the Turkish sauna was not working properly. 25 euros per person for breakfast felt excessive, especially when not taking any warm dish

  Serene and special hotel. Perfect for getting away from it all

  Liked: Beautiful location and a wonderful calm, comfortable and atmospheric hotel. They have embraced the uniqueness of their buildings to provide a really lovely hotel experience. Wonderful for getting away from it all.

  The most peaceful wonderful oasis of bliss!

  Liked: WONDERFUL!!!!! Most beautiful peaceful location. Amazing comfortable beds, so peaceful at night and great facilities. The reception and wait staff were all exceptionally professional and helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back

  Secluded little gem in the Tramuntana Mountains

  Liked: This is such a beautiful hotel! Once an old monastery, you feel and see its former purpose in loads of beautiful details everywhere. The staff is absolutely impeccable and reads every wish, especially Manuel, Juan, Paula and Angel are amazing and go the extra mile to make your stay unforgettable. Thank you! The breakfast is great and has lots of option and choices, also the dinner is absolutely delicious. Hermitage is set right in the mountains of the Tramuntana. You have hiking trails starting right from the hotel also cycling is a very popular thing in the area. This is the perfect place for a few relaxing days right within beautiful nature.

  Disliked: Although the the room was beautiful, the bathroom could use a renovation. The location is absolutely remote, which is great if you want total peace and quiet. But you need a car to go anywhere, also to a different restaurant in the evening.
