Very good
Liked: Excellent location, very helpful and friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Breakfast was very poor. Everything on the menu was tasteless.

Disliked: How inflexible they were on the issue of any gesture of goodwill when I had to leave earlier than booked by way of part refund etc. They said their policy was no refund as booked through 3rd party: Booking.com. Not sure if the price difference would have been that different had I booked direct
The best location in port soller
Liked: Its location and views are stunning. Not ostentation but welcoming and relaxing. We were given a lovely sea view deluxe upgrade.
Disliked: Our safe didn’t work. We had to ask 3 times before it was sorted.
Liked: Loved the location.
Disliked: The standard room was tiny and the beds were rock hard.
Perfect early autumn break with warm sunshine
Liked: Lovely welcome at Hotel Eden. Very helpful staff and very good breakfasts and dinner, with lots of choice of freshly cooked food, something for everyone. Perfect location in the Port, just a short walk to the beach, to the tram and bus station. Superb Rooftop Terrace and Bar to enjoy a cocktail while watching the famous Port de Sopller sunset.
Disliked: We booked late and were lucky to get a room on the 5th floor with a view of the sea and the swimming pool. This room did not get any direct sunshine, perhaps a blessing during a very hot summer. But in October we might have liked some sunshine to help dry our swim wear!

Liked: The location was good and breakfast had a good variety.
Disliked: The rooms were very outdated and run down. There was mould on the bathroom ceiling and the paint was welding away. The staff were not very obliging when we requested what you would expect to be included in a hotel of this price. It was way over priced for the quality. It lacks the personal touches of a good hotel.
