  Liked: Location was great. Some of the staff were great. Comms before stay was very good.

  Disliked: Rooms a bit dated, shabby and needed attention. Shower in one room leaked all night and had a bad smell so we asked to move to another room. Next room had a broken shower which was fixed by the staff pushing a pen into the broken bit. When asked how to switch between the overhead shower and the handheld, we were advised to use a pen to push in the broken button. They kindly left us a pen to do this. When we complained that this is not really good enough we were told that it was fixed and "not her fault it was broken". They did give us a refund of 25% of room value to make up for the inconvenience.

  Ok, but in need of renovation

  Liked: Location is perfect. Decoration is nice, cleanliness ok.

  Disliked: Our balcony was right above the bakery which started at five every morning with lots of noise. The shower head switch was beoken and the shower flooded the bathroom floor And the bathroom/toilet had no door.

  Central hotel. Quaint. 3rd floor room

  Liked: It was central

  Disliked: Didn’t have a bath towel. Only robes. Receptionist makes hot drinks during breakfast. She gets busy when everyone comes down to eat. (The day before We asked for a slightly early breakfast as we were leaving the next morning but the night staff refused. As it happened the next morning 15mins earlier then breakfast time we had a cold breakfast but no drinks. ) In the suite the room is open plan including the bathroom which is only divided by a cupboard and the back of the bed.
