  Lovely hotel in a great situation for peace and quiet

  Liked: The staff were wonderful, always smiling and welcoming. The building is beautiful. We had a big room with a huge sea facing terrace. Nice bathroom, good shower. There was an excellent breakfast, very good quality food. There is a great view from this end of the bay and it is peaceful, a short walk from the town along the beautiful bay. Besides the hotel restaurant there are plenty of other restaurants within 5 to 10 minutes walk. We really enjoyed the Friday evening wine tasting event.

  Disliked: It was late October and the room was getting a bit chilly by the evening. The hotel did not have any heating available. We were given duvets for the bed which made sleeping warmer. There was no hand soap or conditioner provided. When we asked about soap we were given shampoo to use instead. The road outside is a bit rough to look at. We understand a seaside restaurant will be constructed by the hotel soon and no doubt that will make it more streamlined.

  Fantastic hotel in quiet part of town yet within walking distance of main centre. Great breakfast. Helpful staff.Lovely

  Amazing

  Liked: The most beautiful view, spacious rooms, great breakfast, very clean, attentive staff, and within walking distance to the restaurants in the area. The spa is a great experience as well

  Indulgent and restful break

  Liked: Location, cleanliness and size and furnishing of rooms.

  Disliked: The restricted seaview room was the same price as the full sea fronted bedroom. At time the staff were slow to serve - possibly because there were too few of them.

  Liked: Beautiful view from hotel, Very clean and modern lovely staff very helpful

  Disliked: Air-conditioning was turned off,We were told it was because people said it was too cold at night but each room has its own control, it was 25°,alternative was fan and leave door open, not an alternative with the mosquitos

  Lovely place to chill

  Liked: Lovely hotel at the end of the boardwalk with beautiful views of the sea. Staff were lovely and breakfast was of a very high standard.
