A brilliant stay in a fabulous little holiday home! I would throughly recommend!
Liked: Beautiful location and views with amazing sunsets. Cute little hot tub and great access to all of the islands hikes.
Disliked: Property was not as clean as I would have liked I.e food in the kitchen sink, slightly dirty floors and kitchen surface. But, overall a fabulous stay! Host was brilliant and very attentive. The kitchen didn’t have cooking oil so I bought some as well as shampoo and conditioner for the bathroom. Hot tub was a little cold at 35 degrees but it was still enjoyable.
For this location everything was just perfect. Very cozy and comfortable!
Liked: Amazing cabin with a picturesque mountain view and with easy access to all major sightseeing, like the towns of Tejeda and Arternara and the peaks Bentayga, Roque Nublo and Pico de las Nieves. For this location everything was just perfect. The road is pretty steep but is good. Very cozy and comfortable, highly recommended!

Liked: We loved our stay at La Cabanita - definitely one of the most relaxing places I've been. Although I'd read other guest reviews and seen their photos, nothing prepared me for the view when I opened the shutters on our first morning. Absolutely breathtaking. This was a fantastic base for walking, climbing and other activities. We explored the mountains during the day, then home to watch the sunset from the peace and tranquility of the hot tub. Fabulous. Antonio was the perfect host. He responded to any questions or queries very quickly and was keen to make sure we were having a lovely time. I honestly couldn't ask for more.
A slice of tranquility in the heart of Gran Canaria
Liked: We loved every part of our stay at La Cabañita in Tejeda. The views, the hot tub and the barbecue were out of this world. If you want a local experience in Gran Canaria while enjoying clear skies at night with tons of stars and being able to hear the birds sing in the morning then this is for you. Antonio was the perfect host, although we didn’t meet him, his communication over text was quick and helpful (as we had a bit of trouble locating the property), he was also super friendly and happy to answer any questions or queries we had. 10/10 host! Catching the sunset while we were outside in the hot tub in the evening was unforgettable, some of the most beautiful pictures I’ve ever taken! Visiting the town of Tejeda was also a highlight and is definitely a must if you’re staying here, this part of the island feels very local which we loved. The drive may be tricky if you aren’t experienced but it is so worth it, the views are incredible and are once in a lifetime.
Disliked: We didn’t have any tea, coffee, cooking oil, etc but this was no huge issue as a SPAR is only a 10 minute drive away. We had every other basic necessity such as shower gel, toilet roll etc and were even given chocolate and wine on arrival which was greatly appreciated.
A very beautiful location
Liked: It's a great place with a fantastic view. A very good internet connection, I was working remotely there and had no problems at all. And I made the most beautiful BBQ in my life there!
